Terms of Service
The provisions below determine the conditions under which Apex Unite sells its products to customers. The buyer declares that they have fully reviewed them before placing an order.
Introduction and Purpose
These terms are intended to frame the online sale of the items offered by the seller and to state the obligations of each party. Together with the order, they make up the entire agreement between the parties.
Setting Prices
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Any shipping charges and applicable sales tax are shown separately before the order is placed. The seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time, without affecting orders already placed.
Forming the Agreement
The order is formed by selecting products, reviewing the cart, and the buyer's final confirmation. It becomes firm once the seller sends the electronic confirmation; the seller may nonetheless decline any request that appears irregular.
Payment Terms
The full price is payable on the day of the order. The buyer may use a Visa or Mastercard card, American Express, or a supported digital wallet. Payments are handled in a secure environment that keeps your information confidential.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery is available across the United States. The seller hands the order to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days; the buyer usually receives it 3 to 7 business days later. These times are estimates only.
The Buyer's 30-Day Return Right
Under our voluntary policy, the buyer has 30 days from delivery to change their mind, with no need to explain. Products are then returned in their original packaging. Amounts paid are refunded after the goods are received back.
Product Warranty
Every item sold is covered against defects and non-conformity. On that basis, the buyer may request that the disputed product be repaired, exchanged, or refunded.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. If an amicable resolution fails, any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
